Filumvitae

Safety Model

The AI drafts. The doctor decides.

Four rules shape every part of Filumvitae. They are not settings that can be switched off.

Filumvitae assists. It does not diagnose.

The software organises information and drafts documents. It does not diagnose, prescribe on its own or make clinical decisions. Interaction warnings are shown to the doctor as information to weigh.

Signed before saved.

AI-drafted notes, prescriptions and discharge summaries remain drafts until a doctor reviews and signs them. An unsigned draft never reaches the patient record, the lab, the pharmacy or the patient.

Encrypted, role-based and logged.

Records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Each user sees only what their role needs, and every view, edit, print and share is written to an audit log.

The data belongs to the hospital.

Patient data is the hospital's. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and reaches patients only through secure links that the hospital chooses to send.

Controls in the product

What your administrator can see and set.

  • Export any time

Where the thread ends

Tie up the loose ends in your hospital.

Load your own departments into a sandbox with sample patients, or walk through a live session with our product team. Either way, you see your day on one thread before you commit.
