Before you decide.
What counts as a doctor on the Clinic plan?
Any doctor who signs notes or prescriptions. Reception, pharmacy and billing users are free and unlimited on every plan.
Can we move from Clinic to Nursing Home later?
Yes. Your patients, notes and stock stay where they are. Wards, lab and claims switch on, and the price changes from the next billing date.
Is there a setup fee?
No for Clinic and Nursing Home. For Hospital, onboarding is scoped with you and included in the yearly licence.
What happens at the end of the sandbox?
The sandbox runs for 14 days with sample patients. Nothing is charged. If you go ahead, we set up a fresh account for your real data.
Who owns the patient data?
Your hospital does. You can export it at any time, and it is never sold or shared with anyone else.
Which currencies and taxes apply?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Invoices for customers in India are raised in INR at the day's rate, with GST added.
